• By attending the event, participants consent to photo and video recording within the venue.
• Professional recording equipment is not allowed without prior written permission from the organizer.
• Guests are expected to avoid recording that may disturb other attendees or artists or violate personal privacy. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.
• Entry is subject to security discretion. The venue reserves the right to refuse entry to individuals deemed unsuitable. Refunds will be issued to denied ticket holders.
• Organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee who disrupts the event or poses a threat, without refund.
• Early-bird and discounted tickets are limited. Ticket prices may change once these are sold out. The organizer reserves the right to modify ticket pricing at any time.
• Valid ID is required at the entrance. Please bring your identification with you.
• By attending the event, ticket holders grant permission for audio and visual recordings to be used by organizers across any media platforms.
• The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, venue, or date if necessary.
• High sound levels during the event may cause temporary hearing discomfort.
• Lighting effects during the event may cause temporary visual discomfort.
• All attendees are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all event rules and agree to comply with them. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you exit the event area.
