About the show
Nevermore, a band that masterfully blends thrash, groove, progressive, and heavy metal elements to create its unique sound for the world, has officially announced its return!
Their first concert with their new lineup will be on April 1st, 2026 at IF Performance Hall Beşiktaş. Nevermore, one of the metal world's most distinctive, technical, and signature bands, is preparing to meet Istanbul after a long wait. This special night, taking place on April 1st, 2026 at IF Performance Hall Beşiktaş, will feature the band's iconic works that have left their mark on their career.
Founded in Seattle in 1991, Nevermore blended different genres in its own unique way. They began their career by fusion of the speed of thrash metal, the traditional structure of heavy metal, and the complexity of progressive music. With masterpieces like "Dead Heart in a Dead World," "Nevermore," and "Dreaming Neon Black," the band played a critical role in offering diverse flavors in metal music. They continue to be remembered as a "musician's band" for their philosophically profound lyrics and technical perfectionism.
The legacy left by vocalist Warrel Dane, who passed away in 2017, will be continued by his bandmates with a new lineup. Their last concert was 15 years ago, and IF Beşiktaş will be their first stage appearance in years. This night, offering the chance to see Jeff Loomis' unforgettable melodies live again, is a unique opportunity for both old-school metalheads and new followers of the genre.
