In its 7th year, Picnic & Gathering brings together world-renowned artists and unique live performances with gastronomy, mixology, and this year’s concept: Dance of Crystal.
Dance of Crystal unveils a mesmerizing universe where light, sound, and movement come to life through crystal forms. Ever-changing light reflections throughout the day, rhythm-driven atmospheres, and spaces designed with crystalline details transform the energy of music into a visual experience. With every step, a new shimmer; with every beat, a new discovery awaits you.
One of Istanbul’s most refined open-air experiences, Picnic & Gathering takes place on June 13 at Swissôtel The Bosphorus. Featuring two music-driven stages, gourmet flavors, signature cocktails by renowned bartenders, and festival games newly added to this year’s program, the event offers a multi-layered experience from the first moments of the day until midnight. The fun isn’t limited to the stages, it flows throughout the entire venue.
Having hosted many celebrated artists in past years, Picnic & Gathering Istanbul elevates the festival experience even further this year with areas specially designed for the Dance of Crystal theme. With a powerful line-up ranging from leading names in electronic music to beloved alternative bands, you’ll feel the music in its purest intensity and dance to the rhythm of crystals. EVENT RULES:

- Event doors open at 3:00 PM.
- There is an age limit of 18 for the festival. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by their parents.
- Everyone entering the festival area is subject to a ticket, regardless of age. The organizer is not responsible for lost tickets.
- Ticket holders without ID/Driver's License/Passport will not be admitted to the event area.
- Small pets attending the festival are responsible for their safety, including leashes and muzzles, and all other responsibilities. Prohibited breeds and large dogs will not be allowed in the festival area.
- The use and possession of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Individuals found using or possessing illegal substances will be removed from the festival area and blacklisted.
- Bag and body checks will be conducted at the entrance to the festival area.
- Food and beverages will be sold in the festival area, therefore bringing food and drinks from outside is not permitted.
- Flammable and/or explosive liquids or gases, pepper spray, and sharp and/or potentially harmful objects are strictly prohibited in the festival area.
- Professional sound and video equipment (video cameras and photographic cameras) and selfie sticks are not permitted in the festival area.
- A ticket, along with a wristband attached at the ticket counter, grants the holder entry to the festival area between the hours determined by the organizer. Loss of the ticket and/or wristband, or removal of the wristband in any way, will result in the loss of entry rights. The organizer is not responsible for the loss of the ticket and/or wristband.
- Once entered, exiting the area will not be possible with the same wristband.
- The festival features high noise levels.
- The festival includes visual effects that may disturb people with light-sensitive epilepsy.
- Tickets are non-refundable in the festival area.
- The organizer reserves the right to change the terms and conditions for purchasing discounted/promotional tickets.
- The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event venue, program, and time.
- The security personnel and the organizer have the right to refuse entry to individuals they deem unsuitable for the event, by refunding the ticket price.
- The organizer company has the right to use video recordings of attendees on online streaming platforms, and by attending the event, participants accept the use of this right.
- The event will be standing room only.
